Status and selection
This public overview lists possible recipients by function. Only providers required for the customer's actual configuration are used. A binding, versioned list is supplied before production use.
Infrastructure and transport
- Cloudflare – security, DNS, CDN and transport.
- Hetzner Online GmbH – hosting of workflow and integration components. LeoLan self-hosts the n8n software used there.
Communication and AI
- OpenAI – external AI processing where enabled.
- Resend – transactional email.
- Meta Platforms / WhatsApp – messaging and, where enabled, marketing.
Payment and hotel systems
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Customer-selected PMS providers – hotel integrations after approval and compatibility review.
International transfers
Where a provider processes outside the EEA, safeguards required for the concrete processing are documented, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
